Help and Advice
Getting help
If you’ve got a question or need help with bullying, body image, self-harm, or anything else that is worrying you, there are some brilliant people who can help you.
If you’re under 19, get in touch with my good friends at ChildLine, who are available 24/7 and would love to help you.
If you’re over 19 here are some organisations that might be able to help you

You can also get advice and support from:
Self harm
TheSite.org offers some excellent advice and information – they can help you find the courage to talk to someone and give you advice on visiting your doctor. If you have a specific question and are under the age of 25, you can get help on their website.
There’s a more detailed list on my Gok’s Teens website if you need further information.
